At our classes, you'll make the most out of indoor winter training by using your own bike! Unlike stationary spin bikes, which offer limited fit adjustments, training on your own bike allows for a better fit and more overall comfort, which will help you achieve more efficient and consistent training.

Sunday morning class dates:
Evening classes begin at 7:30pm at the Brooklyn location. The Tuesday evening class is geared more towards racers and distance riders looking to build strength and increase power. We recommend that participants measure their output with a heartrate strap (or, if comfortable, by rate of perceived exertion).
