Our Roadside Repair Class is a one-night class covering the basics of bike repair. Our objective is to help you deal with those pesky roadside/trailside emergencies that can spoil your ride, like flat tires and problematic brakes. This class lasts approximately two hours and is limited to 6 students. Students are encouraged to bring their own bikes to get experience working on their own equipment. Loaner bikes are provided for anyone who needs one. Cost = $150. Includes free $45 value flat repair kit. Registration limited to 4 students. Surly made these handy plates for use with either the Long Haul or Disc Trucker frames, and only the Long Haul and Disc Trucker frames. They are to be used with a bicycle kickstand to keep your bicycle upright while not moving as if by magic. The plates consist of two halves that, when clamped on your frame in conjunction with a kickstand, protect your chainstays from hamfisting by sandwiching the frame between the plates.
