Local Rides
Saturday Morning Shop Rides
Shop rides will resume in spring of 2018. We ride in the parks, along the Westside Highway, and across the GW Bridge to River Road and Nyack. The average pace is 13-16mph. Rides are no-drop. Riders should come prepared with their own tools, supplies, and snacks. Helmets are required.

Women's Cycling
Join Bicycle Habitat Women's Cycling for weekly road and monthly mountain bike rides April-October! We offer a range of rides, from beginner to advanced, as well as a full calendar of clinics and events.

Five Borough Bicycle Club:
Offers free day rides within New York City and environs every weekend year-round. There is a rides for every level and style. http://www.5bbc.org/
Westchester Cycle Club:
Weekend and weekday rides for all levels of road cyclists. We ride through the rolling hills of highly scenic northern Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties. The WCC was designated the top bicycling club in the country in 2011 by the League of American Bicyclists. Meet new people, learn about cycling, and discover new areas to ride. Brompton 'Brommie Yummie' Rides:

Fridays | Ditmas Park:
Every Friday, meet for a leisurely, play-it-by-ear evening ride. The tradition was started by neighborhood parents teaching their kids to ride their bikes, but has expanded to include residents and Ditmas-curious visitors of all ages. For more info: Ditmas Park
First Fridays | Central Park Moonlight:
Enjoy an auto-free ride through Central Park. Bike guides front & rear. Leisurely pace, a few stops to enjoy the scenery. Finishes before midnight, back at Columbus Circle. Total mileage is under 10 miles. First Fridays / Times Up
Second Saturdays | Prospect Park Moonlight:
Join Times Up to ride Prospect Park at night. This is a safe, peaceful ride that visits many of the little-known treasures the park has to offer. Second Saturday of every month @ 9pm, from Grand Army Plaza. TimesUp
