We ask that you please line up outside, 6 feet apart, and be prepared to wait, our current operations prioritize safety over speed. We want to provide the best service possible while keeping our staff and community safe. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to seeing you soon.
We are happy to help you curbside or at the door, and are not allowing customer entry into the shops at this time. Need a repair? We'll bring your bike inside. Need to make a purchase? We'll bring items outside for you to see and try, including bikes to test-ride. We are not able to take appointments. We'll be disinfecting our commonly-touched surfaces, and washing our hands frequently.
If you can order online for store pickup, please do! Need help? Just email the location that you wish to pick up from and we’ll help you navigate the site and make the process as seamless as we can. Please allow a 48-hour processing time for any online order. In-stock bikes will need 3 days to be assembled, and “in warehouse” items will need time to get to the store.
Prefer to make a purchase in-store? We’ll complete as much of the process ahead of time as is possible. If we need to order something from a distributor for you, or assemble a bike for you to test-ride, we can save you an extra trip to the shop. Email is the best way to contact us. Please keep in mind that we are receiving a higher number of calls and emails than usual and that we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
